I created this website to help first-time cigar smokers and long-time cigar lovers. When I started smoking cigars I searched for a resource like this. I wanted to know all I could about cigars. I feel there is this stigma attached to cigars where unless you know about cigars you can't ask and my experience going into cigar shops when I first started smoking was terrible. They would treat me like I was an idiot because I didn't know the difference between one cigar to another or didn't know the intense history of Cuba and cigars. I want to change that and help with the cigar culture in Australia. This is why I created The Cigar Guy.
