Siglo is a great place. If it is busy you may be put very close to other people who might not be smoking and you might get a few weird looks but other than that it’s okay.
The cigar selection is limited and pricey but pretty standard to Melbourne.
You can’t book in advance so it’s first in best dressed but the best tables to get are the ones along the balcony itself. One downside is that when you are waiting for a table you are put in a side area that you can not smoke in so you need to wait to be seated to light up the cigar.
